Kevin graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Sciences in 2012. Kevin went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Connecticut in May 2015. Kevin is a certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist, as well as a Conditioning Specialist. He enjoys treating sports related injuries and holds a certification through the Titleist Performance Institute as a level 2 medical professional. Kevin ran Division I track and field as an undergrad at UCONN and went on to be a part of the coaching staff while in graduate school. Kevin is a Level 1 coach through USA Track and Field and enjoys treating runners with a variety of injuries.

Dr. Tucker graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2017. Kevin went on to continue his education at the University of Connecticut graduating with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May of 2020. Kevin’s areas of special interest include the shoulder, knee and spine. Outside of the clinic Kevin enjoys fishing, golfing and going on hikes. Kevin joined Advanced Physical Therapy in 2020 at the Torrington office.

Dr. Chasse graduated from the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Science in health Sciences in 2019. She went on to complete a Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Hartford in May of 2022. Sam’s areas of interest include the foot and ankle and post-operative rehabilitation. Outside of the clinic Sam loves spending time hiking, kayaking, and baking. Sam joined Advanced Physical Therapy in 2022 at the Torrington office and is eager to help patients achieve their goals.
