My name is Dave Donnelly, and I am the owner and director of the Prospect office. Our Prospect office opened in September of 2012 and we are proud to be the leading provider of orthopedic and sports physical therapy in town. Our employees take pride in giving back to the local community, staff members from our Prospect office actively participate in events around town with several organizations including the Chamber of Commerce. We provide all the day to day sports medicine coverage at Woodland High School and Wolcott High School.
